Size guidance
Typical front-panel patches measure 2 to 2.5 inches tall and 3 to 3.5 inches wide. Beanie cuff patches are often 1.5–2 inches tall. Rectangles with rounded corners, hexagons and ovals sit nicely on curved crowns.
