These Terms and Conditions apply to quotes, orders and use of The Embroidered Patch website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Quotes

Quotes are based on the information you provide and are valid for the period stated on the quote. Changes to size, quantity, colors, backing or artwork may change the price.

Minimum order

The minimum order is 10 patches per design unless otherwise stated on your quote.

Proofs and approval

We provide a digital proof for every new design. Please review it carefully for spelling, colors, size and layout. Production begins only after you approve the proof, and you are responsible for errors in an approved proof. Colors on screen may differ slightly from thread, PVC and printed colors. Thread is matched as closely as possible to the colors you specify.

Artwork and intellectual property

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to reproduce it. You must have permission to reproduce protected badges, seals, insignia, trademarks or official department artwork. We may decline orders that we believe infringe the rights of others or that misrepresent an affiliation with a government agency, military branch or public safety organization. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from artwork you supply.

Independence

The Embroidered Patch is an independent manufacturer. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. military, any law-enforcement agency, fire department or government body.

Production variances

Custom manufacturing involves small variations. Final dimensions may vary slightly from the approved size, and quantities may vary by a small percentage over or under the ordered amount; any such variance will be reflected on your invoice.

Payment

Payment terms are stated on your quote or invoice. We do not store card details on our website.

Shipping and delivery

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to access non-public areas, upload malicious files or submit false information.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which The Embroidered Patch is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
