Where we ship

We ship to addresses throughout the United States, including Washington, D.C. International shipping may be available on request — ask when you request your quote.

Production and delivery times

Delivery time is production time plus transit time. Production time depends on the patch type, quantity and complexity and begins after you approve your proof. Your quote includes an estimate. If you need patches by a specific date, enter it on the quote form so we can confirm whether it's achievable.

Shipping costs

Shipping charges are shown on your quote. Expedited options may be available for an additional cost.

Tracking

You'll receive tracking information when your order ships.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected window, contact us with your reference number and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
